1. Acceptance of Terms

By using jDent ("the Service"), accessible at jdentclinic.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

jDent is a cloud-based dental clinic management software and mobile application designed for dental practices in Pakistan. Features include appointment scheduling, patient records, billing, inventory, and WhatsApp automation.

3. Free Trial and Subscriptions

  • jDent offers a 7-day free trial, no credit card required.
  • Paid plans are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): PKR 2,500/month (monthly), PKR 2,300/month (semi-annual), or PKR 2,000/month (annual).
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must keep login credentials confidential.
  • You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt service availability.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of patient data entered into jDent and for obtaining appropriate patient consent.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all clinical and patient data you enter into jDent. We store and process this data only to provide the Service. You can export your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

jDent targets 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for temporary downtime caused by maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

jDent is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of jDent after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
